Key Responsibilities

• Answer over 40 customer calls daily regarding benefits, eligibility, prior authorizations, and claims
• Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously to assist customers effectively
• Adapt to changes in procedures and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
• Comfortable using a computer
• Good organizational skills
