Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Associate Customer Service Representative will assist customers with Kohler and Sterling plumbing product support, including installation, troubleshooting, and order placement, while providing exceptional customer care through telephone interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, performing product diagnosis and taking appropriate action
• Advise plumbers, designers, and retail personnel on advanced troubleshooting and specification guidelines
• Guide customers and trade professionals through step-by-step installation and repair processes for Kohler and Sterling products

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 year degree preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience desired
• Previous computer experience is necessary; call center experience preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software
• Must live within 150 miles of Sheboygan, WI
