Job Summary
Working remotely, the Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls to assist Veterans with scheduling and rescheduling their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments while providing general program support during a full-time shift from 4 AM PST to 10 PM PST, Monday through Saturday.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally, adhering to established guidelines
- Schedule and reschedule C&P exam appointments, confirming necessary details
- Provide support related to the program process and navigate the Veteran-facing portal
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
