Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls from Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, providing assistance and scheduling while adhering to established guidelines and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally, scheduling and rescheduling C&P exam appointments
- Provide general support related to the program process and assist with navigation of the Veteran-facing portal
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow established procedures for inquiries and escalations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Fluency in English, with clear verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
