Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers
  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

Required Qualifications:
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
