Job Summary

- Provide exceptional customer service for member and provider inquiries
- Utilize systems to respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Participate in training activities and cross-train in additional disciplines
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to deepen or retain relationships through customer service
