Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II for a Dedicated Service Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service for member and provider inquiries
  • Utilize systems to respond to customer inquiries and requests
  • Participate in training activities and cross-train in additional disciplines

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to deepen or retain relationships through customer service
