Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
- Assist customers with orders, account questions, and additional product offerings
- Work collaboratively with a Customer Service Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must reside in approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule
- Experience navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Self-provided computer or laptop meeting specified requirements
