Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative, Spanish Speaking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Educate customers on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
  • Document all customer interactions and assist in locating network dentists

Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and group health insurance is a plus
  • Ability to efficiently operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
