Required Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare and technology sectors
  • Proven experience in technical support and cloud computing platforms
  • Experience with IVR systems and platforms like JustCall, Twilio, and Calendly
  • Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and personal laptop
