Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Center Representative to provide exceptional service to members and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members on various topics
  • Educate customers on tax implications, penalties, and benefits related to plans/contracts
  • Document conversations and maintain compliance with industry regulations and policies

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupations
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred
  • Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process
  • FINRA series 6 and/or 26 licenses preferred, based on assigned product/line-of-business
