Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst, Linear/Traditional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding of customer workflows for traditional media types
- Contribute to customer account planning and identify adoption risks
- Document feature requests, track requirements, and work on product roadmap recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Educational or professional experience in media management
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Smartsheet is a plus
- Advertising technology or SaaS experience is a plus
