Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst, Linear/Traditional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop understanding of customer workflows for traditional media types
  • Contribute to customer account planning and identify adoption risks
  • Document feature requests, track requirements, and work on product roadmap recommendations

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Educational or professional experience in media management
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Smartsheet is a plus
  • Advertising technology or SaaS experience is a plus
