Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to enhance customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact and advocate for assigned customers
  • Drive customer engagement and adoption through proactive outreach and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer renewals and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing B2B role, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record in contract negotiations and driving win-win outcomes
  • Experience managing a book of business with accountability for renewals and growth
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Catalyst, and GSuite or similar software
  • Ability to adapt to new projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
