Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to enhance customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact and advocate for assigned customers
- Drive customer engagement and adoption through proactive outreach and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer renewals and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing B2B role, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record in contract negotiations and driving win-win outcomes
- Experience managing a book of business with accountability for renewals and growth
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Catalyst, and GSuite or similar software
- Ability to adapt to new projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
