Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage client relationships and support their utilization of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails to build and maintain client relationships
  • Perform outbound outreach to drive adoption of services and support customer growth
  • Interact with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product education

Required Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and energetic individual
  • Experience in a customer support environment is appreciated
  • Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to handle 40+ calls a day
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team setting
