Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage client relationships and support their utilization of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails to build and maintain client relationships
- Perform outbound outreach to drive adoption of services and support customer growth
- Interact with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product education
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated and energetic individual
- Experience in a customer support environment is appreciated
- Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to handle 40+ calls a day
- Experience working collaboratively in a team setting
