Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage customer interactions and enhance operational processes in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions via phone and email to troubleshoot technical issues and address inquiries
  • Review customer transactions for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with third-party financial partners to reconcile transactions and resolve issues

Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and customer service software like ZenDesk
  • Familiarity with backend transaction review, reconciliation, and account management
  • Comfort working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • A passion for technology and contributing to a growing startup
