Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Solutions Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage change within large teams or projects; provide mentorship
- Design and validate comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs and oversee multiple implementations
- Strategize client engagements; deep technical consulting, drive deeper engagements, and upsell services
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of experience in client-focused roles, ideally in an international tech start-up/scale-up environment
- At least 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of the supply chain industry and sustainability practices is a strong plus
- Demonstrated experience in translating complex business processes into simple, actionable steps
- Experience in establishing and growing senior-level relationships
