Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver results through leading and influencing different phases of the customer lifecycle
- Maintain high levels of engagement to ensure customer value and increase adoption
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with strategic enterprise customers
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of enterprise customer-facing experience in SaaS account management or consulting
- Must have GIS knowledge, technical background, or experience with complex data products
- Ability to speak comfortably to C-level stakeholders
- Experience handling complex enterprise organizations and solving problems
- Familiarity with SQL and Big Data is a plus
