Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to provide support to customers in the industrial scrap recycling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own customer support interactions via live chats, phone calls, and emails
- Partner with customers to troubleshoot hardware issues
- Provide feedback to the product team on product gaps and opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in customer support
- Experience working with complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Experience writing knowledge base articles or help center content
- Bilingual or proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- BA/BS Degree is preferred
