Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to bridge technical capabilities and customer needs while ensuring successful product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding processes for new customers, providing training and resources for success
  • Offer technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues across the platform
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess usage and identify opportunities for deeper engagement

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in a technical role with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in a consultative capacity
  • Strong understanding of networking, VPNs, security principles, and cloud infrastructure
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS company
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
