Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer, Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify ownership for each part of the customer journey and collaborate with account management
  • Lead a team to drive continuous improvement and manage customer escalations
  • Oversee customer onboarding, training, and support processes while monitoring technical issues

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Engineer Team Lead
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze customer metrics
  • Proven track record in defining and executing customer journeys
  • Bachelor's degree required
