Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
- Conduct regular check-ins and service reviews to demonstrate value and reduce churn
- Lead customer-centric projects and analyze success metrics to improve KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in project management and managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems
- Familiarity with IT solutions, including SaaS
- An interest in Cyber Security
