Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and team building within the customer success group
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth platform integrations and driving feature adoption
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and technical sessions to maintain engagement and address needs

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in customer-facing roles in a SaaS company, with experience in team leadership
  • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
  • Experience in project management, including deployments and cross-functional collaboration
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, cybersecurity) preferred
