Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in customer-facing roles in a SaaS company, with experience in team leadership
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
- Experience in project management, including deployments and cross-functional collaboration
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, cybersecurity) preferred
