Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through platform onboarding and best practices
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer value
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
- Experience in a SaaS company with technical product understanding
- Ability to manage a book of business and drive customer success
- Proven track record of developing relationships and driving customer growth
- Experience in identifying and mitigating customer risks
