Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
  • Experience in a SaaS company with technical product understanding
  • Ability to manage a book of business and drive customer success
  • Proven track record of developing relationships and driving customer growth
  • Experience in identifying and mitigating customer risks
