Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager in the United States for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, understanding their business objectives and helping them achieve their goals through the platform
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively monitor client usage and identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software development lifecycles
- Experience working with AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with self-motivation and discipline
