Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager in the United States for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, understanding their business objectives and helping them achieve their goals through the platform
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proactively monitor client usage and identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software development lifecycles
  • Experience working with AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with self-motivation and discipline
