Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (6-month contract) to engage and retain customers while driving product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers regarding the company's products
  • Onboard and educate customers, producing Executive Business Reviews and managing advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and align program activities with business goals

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B environments, preferably in customer success or account management
  • Experience in digital and branding advertising campaigns or online recruiting is beneficial
  • Basic understanding of the recruiting landscape and employer branding is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM and Customer Success Analytics platforms is advantageous
  • Proven record of achieving customer retention goals is a plus
