Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (6-month contract) to engage and retain customers while driving product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers regarding the company's products
- Onboard and educate customers, producing Executive Business Reviews and managing advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and align program activities with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B environments, preferably in customer success or account management
- Experience in digital and branding advertising campaigns or online recruiting is beneficial
- Basic understanding of the recruiting landscape and employer branding is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM and Customer Success Analytics platforms is advantageous
- Proven record of achieving customer retention goals is a plus
