Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding, adoption, and support for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned accounts' performance and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and retention
- Develop quarterly business plans and renewals strategies for assigned accounts
- Identify growth opportunities through business conversations and product demonstrations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
- BA/BS or equivalent required
- Experience with SaaS solutions and a passion for technology
- History of managing complex workloads with multiple stakeholder priorities
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment
