Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding, adoption, and support for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts' performance and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and retention
  • Develop quarterly business plans and renewals strategies for assigned accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities through business conversations and product demonstrations

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
  • BA/BS or equivalent required
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and a passion for technology
  • History of managing complex workloads with multiple stakeholder priorities
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment
