Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager I, Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer success through strategic outreach and engagement
- Develop account plans to meet customer needs and achieve revenue targets
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues effectively
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or relevant industry experience preferred
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships
- Certifications with Real Estate associations such as NARPM or CAI are highly desired
