Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager I, Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer success through strategic outreach and engagement
  • Develop account plans to meet customer needs and achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues effectively

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or relevant industry experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships
  • Certifications with Real Estate associations such as NARPM or CAI are highly desired
