Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to facilitate employee leave processes for various clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for employees taking leave
- Build and maintain relationships with HR and finance leaders, providing strategic advice on leave policies
- Develop and implement playbooks for the Customer Success function to support future team members
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer success or account management roles
- Ability to negotiate and manage commercial relationships
- Deep understanding of employee leave regulations and insurance processes
- Experience in project management for complex launches
- Track record of building strong customer relationships across various organizational levels
