Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for employees taking leave
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR and finance leaders, providing strategic advice on leave policies
  • Develop and implement playbooks for the Customer Success function to support future team members

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer success or account management roles
  • Ability to negotiate and manage commercial relationships
  • Deep understanding of employee leave regulations and insurance processes
  • Experience in project management for complex launches
  • Track record of building strong customer relationships across various organizational levels
