Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure effective product/service usage
  • Monitor customer health metrics and implement retention strategies for at-risk accounts
  • Provide training and support to help customers maximize the value of products/services

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in a software, data, or SaaS environment
  • History of engaging with executive-level customers
  • Extensive experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions
