Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure effective product/service usage
- Monitor customer health metrics and implement retention strategies for at-risk accounts
- Provide training and support to help customers maximize the value of products/services
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a software, data, or SaaS environment
- History of engaging with executive-level customers
- Extensive experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions
