Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to cultivate strong relationships with customers and drive satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through customer usage and adaptation of SaaS products
  • Onboard new customers and manage their transition to ensure successful adoption
  • Develop systems to gather customer feedback and communicate insights to improve satisfaction

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets with large customers
  • Experience with Customer Success software and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) is a plus
