Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager IV (Remote - Eastern Time Working Hours).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for a complex portfolio of global customers
  • Own onboarding, advising, training, and regular check-ins with customers
  • Document customer feedback and relay information to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in a customer-facing/Customer Success role
  • BA/BS in HR, OD, Psychology, Social Enterprise, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience managing churn and carrying a quota for a customer portfolio
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience with technology platforms that enhance customer experience
