Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager IV (Remote - Eastern Time Working Hours).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor for a complex portfolio of global customers
- Own onboarding, advising, training, and regular check-ins with customers
- Document customer feedback and relay information to key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of professional experience in a customer-facing/Customer Success role
- BA/BS in HR, OD, Psychology, Social Enterprise, Business, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience managing churn and carrying a quota for a customer portfolio
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM
- Experience with technology platforms that enhance customer experience
