Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Engage with customers to ensure timely renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Guide new customers through onboarding and conduct training sessions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in an Advertising Agency
- Expertise in Amazon, advertising, e-commerce, or Walmart
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships
- Experience with analytics and data assessment
- Ability to adapt strategies based on client feedback and changing circumstances
