Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Engage with customers to ensure timely renewals and identify upsell opportunities
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and conduct training sessions

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in an Advertising Agency
  • Expertise in Amazon, advertising, e-commerce, or Walmart
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Experience with analytics and data assessment
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on client feedback and changing circumstances
