Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage client accounts and foster long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to drive renewals, product adoption, and revenue growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practice advice and training to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address critical customer issues and identify incremental revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in customer success management, account management, consulting, or project management
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment, particularly in MarTech, with a focus on email
  • Understanding and experience with digital marketing
  • Proven experience working with large clients
