Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to guide clients through the onboarding process for their cloud-based banking software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement cloud-based banking software and assist clients during setup and training
- Regularly communicate with clients to address issues and future needs
- Participate in sales presentations and address SBA-specific inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of SBA experience in sales, underwriting, closing, or servicing
- Familiarity with financial/banking industry practices
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams across locations
- Exposure to JIRA/Salesforce is advantageous
