Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to guide clients through the onboarding process for their cloud-based banking software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement cloud-based banking software and assist clients during setup and training
  • Regularly communicate with clients to address issues and future needs
  • Participate in sales presentations and address SBA-specific inquiries

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of SBA experience in sales, underwriting, closing, or servicing
  • Familiarity with financial/banking industry practices
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams across locations
  • Exposure to JIRA/Salesforce is advantageous
