Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relationships and drive value from their MuleSoft product investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with assigned accounts to focus on customer business goals and improve technical and operational health
  • Act as the primary technical interface for MuleSoft's Signature customers, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide proactive guidance on MuleSoft features and assist customers in achieving their business outcomes

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Three years of experience in a related field
  • Experience with developing and maintaining robust integration solutions
  • Technical expertise in Anypoint Platform, Kibana, Splunk, and RESTful/SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with MUnit testing and Dataweave
