Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure overall client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations as the main point of contact for clients
- Facilitate internal and external customer meetings, preparing agendas and documentation
- Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial data to identify opportunities for clients
Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical marketing, managed markets, or distribution
- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare consulting role
- Experience with healthcare data sources (transactional, clinical, behavioral)
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- MBA or related graduate-level degree preferred
