Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure overall client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations as the main point of contact for clients
  • Facilitate internal and external customer meetings, preparing agendas and documentation
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial data to identify opportunities for clients

Required Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical marketing, managed markets, or distribution
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare consulting role
  • Experience with healthcare data sources (transactional, clinical, behavioral)
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • MBA or related graduate-level degree preferred
