Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (SMB-Scaled) to manage and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 160+ SMB accounts to maximize the value of the platform
  • Onboard new customers and ensure seamless integration into their sales processes
  • Analyze customer usage metrics and proactively lead upsell conversations

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success Management experience with a successful renewals track record
  • 1+ years of customer onboarding and support experience
  • 1+ years of Sales Development Representative experience
  • Familiarity with sales tech stack and tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Comfortable with data analytics to identify customer challenges
