Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure successful customer relationships throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers, addressing their issues and ensuring satisfaction
- Provide proactive strategies to help customers leverage services effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer experiences and advocate for customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Proven understanding of SaaS solutions, with prior experience preferred
- Experience with customer success software and Salesforce is a plus
