Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure successful customer relationships throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers, addressing their issues and ensuring satisfaction
  • Provide proactive strategies to help customers leverage services effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer experiences and advocate for customer feedback

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven understanding of SaaS solutions, with prior experience preferred
  • Experience with customer success software and Salesforce is a plus
