Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II to oversee customer relationships and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Applied knowledge of best practices and customer insights for forecasting and opportunity identification
  • Ability to adapt and learn new concepts in a fast-paced environment
