Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II to oversee customer relationships and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key customers to drive adoption and identify growth opportunities
- Onboard new customers and ensure they receive ongoing value from the platform
- Monitor key metrics and generate insights to enhance customer engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS or software company
- Proven track record in managing enterprise and strategic customer relationships
- Strong executive-level interpersonal skills to engage with senior leaders
- Applied knowledge of best practices and customer insights for forecasting and opportunity identification
- Ability to adapt and learn new concepts in a fast-paced environment
