Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers for proactive engagement
  • Drive business value by prescribing success plays based on customer goals
  • Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years in customer-facing technical roles
  • At least 5 years of experience in building and managing customer relationships
  • Minimum of 4 years at a SaaS company with cloud architectures
  • Foundational understanding of data collection and model training
  • Solid knowledge of the ML/AI market and enterprise AI adoption challenges
