Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client relationships to ensure renewals and facilitate expansion opportunities
- Drive the adoption of the solution within the customer's user base and assist in realizing business value
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and manage risks and escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions, with startup experience desirable
- 5+ years in customer success roles, preferably in security companies, managing large enterprise customers
- B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering degree is desired
- Salesforce experience is desirable
- Domain expertise in Cybersecurity is highly desirable
