Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow its portfolio of employer customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding and employee engagement
  • Build strategic relationships with customers to understand their needs and drive outcomes
  • Monitor performance and deliver insights through reporting and regular meetings

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success or account management roles
  • Experience building relationships with team members and customer stakeholders
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to identify needs and execute projects
  • Strong project management skills, managing multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable in small teams and adapting to ambiguous start-up environments
