Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow its portfolio of employer customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding and employee engagement
- Build strategic relationships with customers to understand their needs and drive outcomes
- Monitor performance and deliver insights through reporting and regular meetings
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success or account management roles
- Experience building relationships with team members and customer stakeholders
- Strong process orientation with the ability to identify needs and execute projects
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable in small teams and adapting to ambiguous start-up environments
