Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (DOI Project).
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers to maximize product value
- Lead customer onboarding and integration processes for seamless product adoption
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success or Account Management
- 3+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in data governance or semantic technologies
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
- PMP certification or similar project management credentials preferred but not required
