Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (DOI Project).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers to maximize product value
  • Lead customer onboarding and integration processes for seamless product adoption
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success or Account Management
  • 3+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in data governance or semantic technologies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
  • PMP certification or similar project management credentials preferred but not required
