Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practice accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI
- Educate customers on the effective use of the company's tools and products while performing troubleshooting as needed
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience and manage customer data efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer success or solutions consulting experience
- 2+ years of experience working in or with dental practices
- Ability to read 2D dental radiography
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
