Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practice accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI
  • Educate customers on the effective use of the company's tools and products while performing troubleshooting as needed
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience and manage customer data efficiently

Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer success or solutions consulting experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in or with dental practices
  • Ability to read 2D dental radiography
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
