Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Mid-Market Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned Mid-Market customer accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Create and execute strategic plans for customer journeys and retention, collaborating with Account Management and CS Leadership
  • Identify upsell opportunities and develop strong relationships with customer administrators through regular check-ins

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success role
  • Experience managing a book of business over $2M in annual revenue
  • Strong understanding of the corporate business world; prior SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
