Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer adoption and manage relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and foster adoption and growth
- Handle renewal contracts and upsells directly with customers
- Identify areas of growth and upsell opportunities in the account base
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Experience with customer renewals and account management
- Self-starter comfortable in limited process environments
- Ability to demo the platform and showcase its capabilities
- Familiarity with SaaS negotiations and contracts
