Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer adoption and manage relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and foster adoption and growth
  • Handle renewal contracts and upsells directly with customers
  • Identify areas of growth and upsell opportunities in the account base

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Experience with customer renewals and account management
  • Self-starter comfortable in limited process environments
  • Ability to demo the platform and showcase its capabilities
  • Familiarity with SaaS negotiations and contracts
