Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support a portfolio of customers and ensure their success throughout the service lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Oversee the onboarding, implementation, and launch of new customer sites
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive performance improvements

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven track record of customer retention and growth
  • Strong operations or detailed account management experience
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for team success
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus
