Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategies to monitor customer health, adoption, retention, and upsell
- Develop and implement high-touch success plans for top accounts as a product expert
- Build scaled programs for second-tier accounts using various communication channels
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience coaching and consulting customers on complex software products
- Proven ability to build customer success programs
- Experience in early or growth-stage startups
- Strong relationship management skills
