Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships and drive customer success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute strategies to monitor customer health, adoption, retention, and upsell
  • Develop and implement high-touch success plans for top accounts as a product expert
  • Build scaled programs for second-tier accounts using various communication channels

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience coaching and consulting customers on complex software products
  • Proven ability to build customer success programs
  • Experience in early or growth-stage startups
  • Strong relationship management skills
