Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing payroll-related inquiries and resolving routine issues
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for clients into payroll services
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and provide guidance on best practices

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years in a payroll role, either in-house or at an external payroll provider
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders and resolving problems
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
  • Self-motivated and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment
