Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing payroll-related inquiries and resolving routine issues
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for clients into payroll services
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and provide guidance on best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years in a payroll role, either in-house or at an external payroll provider
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders and resolving problems
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
- Self-motivated and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment
