Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help customers maximize their success with their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of the platform, ensuring effective use to improve workflows and outcomes
- Build relationships by providing strategic guidance and best practices as a trusted partner
- Proactively support customers by anticipating challenges and collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience with Instinct EMR, in a user or support role
- Veterinary industry experience in practice management, hospital operations, or clinical roles
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or veterinary consulting, preferably in SaaS
- Experience in renewals, expansion, and revenue retention
- Licensed/Certified Veterinary Technician is desirable
