Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help customers maximize their success with their platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption of the platform, ensuring effective use to improve workflows and outcomes
  • Build relationships by providing strategic guidance and best practices as a trusted partner
  • Proactively support customers by anticipating challenges and collaborating with internal teams

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience with Instinct EMR, in a user or support role
  • Veterinary industry experience in practice management, hospital operations, or clinical roles
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or veterinary consulting, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience in renewals, expansion, and revenue retention
  • Licensed/Certified Veterinary Technician is desirable
