Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on K-12 schools in Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the renewal process for district accounts to maintain long-term partnerships
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders to address their priorities and concerns
  • Identify at-risk accounts and implement action plans to re-engage and retain them

Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with Texas-based educational leaders, including districts and charter organizations
  • Deep understanding of Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and their impact on instructional goals
  • Familiarity with Texas-specific funding sources and education legislation
  • Proven ability to support customer renewals and drive expansion efforts across Texas school districts
  • Must reside in Texas
